Return Policy
We’re happy to offer size exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition—new, unwashed, unworn, and in the matching clutch.
Because our patterns and sizes change often, your original print may not be available. If that happens, we’ll gladly help you find another pattern you’ll love. Once we receive and approve your return, we can assist you in placing a new order in the correct size.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
- Email us at shoppajamamama@gmail.com before sending your exchange so we can provide the return address and keep an eye out.

Shipping Policy
Every Pajama Mama order is packed with care right from our own home (yes, our actual house). Small business means personal touches in every package.
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple:
1 pajama set (or robe) = $8.95 flat rate
2 pajama sets (or robe) = $12.95 flat rate
3+ pajama sets (or robe) = FREE SHIPPING
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous 48 United States. At this time, we do not offer Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping.
Processing & Fulfillment
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Because orders are immediately processed through our inventory and payment systems once placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout.
Please review your cart, sizing, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Orders are shipped from Maryland, and most packages are sent via USPS.
Important Shipping Details
We are unable to split one order between multiple shipping addresses. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is successfully processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Pajama Mama is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If an issue arises during transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
